**Service Impacting Incident Alert**

Time of Incident:   December 8, 2018 10:00 AM E.S.T. (U.T.C. -5)


Status: Resolved 1:16 PM EST.


Impact: Some Subscribers may have or will experienced a short temporary loss of connectivity to Citrix desktops or virtual machines for a period of up to 10 minutes beginning at 10:00 AM EST today.  Some Virtual Machines may appear rebooted after connectivity is restored.


Description:  Root cause is currently under investigation and appears related to the scheduled maintenance activities last night.  Some ESXi hosts are experiencing unstable behavior, as a result, virtual machine workloads are failing over to redundant ESXi hosts.

Update (1:07 PM EST):  Estimated Time of Resolution is 2:00 PM EST.

Update (1:16 PM EST):  Issue appears resolved at this time, we are continuing to monitor the situation.
