Impact: Some Subscribers may have been unable to access Citrix Desktops or virtual machines.

Description:  A memory leak was identified in a Storage Area Network Controller.  This memory leak caused high disk latency for some virtual machines resulting in intermittent connectivity at times beginning at 8:20 AM EST.  The vendor has identified the root cause and a firmware update is available to address this issue.  The update will be applied this weekend, which will prevent a recurrence of the memory leak condition.
