Problem Definition:

When attempting to access CloudConnect from a Chromebook, users are unable to launch their desktop with the URL

Cause: uses the Citrix Web Interface technology, and therefore requires use of the native Citrix Receiver or Citrix Receiver Enterprise.  Citrix Receiver for Chromebook is not compatible with this URL.


If you have a branded gateway that utilizes the Citrix StoreFront technology, supply that URL into the Receiver for Chromebook.  If you do not have a branded gateway or are unsure of which technology your branded gateway uses, contact your Account Manager to request a Citrix StoreFront URL.

Requesting a new StoreFront URL may take up to 48 hours to process.
