Estimated Duration: 1 Hour

 

Impact: No downtime is expected, however some server workloads may intermittently experience increased storage latency during the maintenance window.  End Users may become intermittently disconnected from virtual desktops, however they will be able to reconnect during the maintenance window and continue working where they left off.

 

Description: CloudConnect is upgrading Storage Controller firmware on certain backbone arrays affected by last week's Service Impacting Incident.  This corrective action was recommended by the Array manufacturer.
